Hi, my name is Elena Fischer and I am here to help you with your notary needs. From time to time I have had to have papers notarized and not known who to ask, where to go, and now with COVID19 wanted to stay at home. I have decided to make my services mobile and come to you! I am bilingual and fully vaccinated and still wear a mask for both of our protection. When I am en route I will text the signer “Elena is en route”.

Pricing
My trip charge is for travelling to you, and the notary is a normal price per page. Best to make an appointment, however emergency services are available.
Residence (scheduled)
- Trip charge $40
- $1 per page that needs to be notarized
Emergency (requires a call)
- Trip charge $125
- $1 per page that needs to be notarized
The signer must be present upon arrival. ID must be valid and current. Name must match exactly what is getting notarized. Trip charge will not be refunded if any of these conditions are not met.
Steps
- Waiver must be signed and sent from the person that is getting notarized prior to requesting an appointment. The person getting notarized is the person that needs to sign the waiver. If it is more than one person on the Notary page, each person needs to send in a waiver individually.
- Complete and send “Request an Appointment“.
- If this is an emergency, you must call and leave a voice mail AND send a text to 713-245-6001.
- Check email within 24 hours for a response and Elena will call you.
