PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY
I understand I am responsible for payment and I understand once an appointment date is confirmed payment will need to be sent through Venmo or Zelle. Once sent it is only refundable if you cancel 24 hours PRIOR to the scheduled appointment date. I understand “Emergency Trip Charge – Today” fee will be refunded the same day ONLY if I cancel before receiving a text stating notary is en route.
